Update
The change responsible was disabled in production at 10:06 UTC. iOS purchase and trial-start events are flowing again.
We are restoring what was missed between 4 August 13:05 UTC and 5 August 10:06 UTC. Part of it recovers automatically as apps re-verify with the App Store; we are backfilling the rest directly. User access returns through the same mechanism.
We will confirm once the backfill is complete.

Identified
We have identified an issue that caused some iOS purchase and trial-start events to be missing since 4 August, approximately 13:00 UTC.
Android and Stripe are not affected. Subscription renewals, cancellations, expirations and refunds are processing normally on all platforms.
No data has been lost — the affected purchases are intact at the App Store and will be restored.
A fix is being deployed. Next update within 60 minutes.
