We’re pleased to report that all recovery work has been completed and the API is operating normally.

Our data pipeline has returned to normal operation and is actively processing the backlog of accumulated events. Analytics data may still show delays until the backlog is fully processed.

Actively processing backlog events on the main backend. We expect to complete full recovery from the outage and process all remaining data within the next hour.

Analytics data and webhook/integration deliveries may still experience delays as we work through the remaining queue.
