We have identified the root cause of the dashboard delays. There was a network connectivity issue preventing our event processing system from receiving new data, resulting in dashboard updates being delayed for approximately 5 hours.
Root Cause: The issue stemmed from a recent network configuration change that inadvertently blocked necessary communication paths between our systems.
