We are pleased to report significant progress in resolving the issue of displaying correct product prices for transactions from Korea. As of now, we have successfully corrected a portion of the data specifically for January 2nd.

Our team continues to work diligently on rectifying the remaining data. We have confirmed that only transactions from the 2nd of January were affected by this issue.

We have identified the source of the issue affecting the display of product prices for transactions from Korea. It appears that the problem lies with our currency exchange rate provider, where we received incorrect exchange rates.

Our team is investigating why this error occurred with the currency exchange data. We are working closely with our provider to ensure such discrepancies are avoided in the future.

Moving forward, new transactions will be processed with the correct exchange rates. We are also actively working on rectifying the exchange rates for the affected transactions that were previously recorded.
