We detected an unexpected short spike of 500 errors on the API Initiate endpoint at 3:10 AM UTC, lasting approximately 9 minutes. This incident affected about 15% of requests to the endpoint and has since been resolved.
The service is now stable and operating normally. The root cause is currently under investigation. We are closely monitoring the system to prevent any potential recurrence and will provide updates if new information arises.
